Arlette Baker, goal-setting expert, success coach, and talk show host is on a mission to inspire women to achieve success. Her company, Inspire Productions provide platforms for women with diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas and share experiences on topics that relate to women. With over two decades of success coaching, speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, her view is radically different. Arlette, often referred to as the “Goal Setter” for her ability to influence others to set goals, or as the “Success Coach” for her coaching skill that brings out the best in people.  She is known for her hands-on interactive style.  Arlette’s combination of real-life stories and her conversational techniques connect with her audience on an intimate, intense, and individual level.

Prior to starting her coaching business, she was CEO of a fast-food restaurant which earned her the Entrepreneur award, which was awarded to her by the Golden Triangle Minority Business Council. She has held several leadership positions with a Fortune 500 company. During her time working as a leader in corporate America, she created the first leadership forum for the company. This forum provided a platform for all leaders to network, collaborate, and learn from proven leaders.

Arlette has always had a passion for helping others, which led to her speaking at summer youth camps for local churches. With her down-to-earth approach it didn’t take long for others to learn of her speaking. She went on to become a keynote and guest speaker for the I Have A Dream Foundation, IEA program for at-risk kids, Dallas ISD, Sysco Business Services, Women’s Foodservice Forum, and several other organizations. Her passion and love for helping others has earned her several awards and accolades.
